Hi Elizabeth and everyone,
I¹m managing Bookshare. John Glass does customer support, Claire O¹Brien
approves books. The entire Bookshare team makes the technical decisions
about how to process books, under my direction. For decisions which will
impact the volunteers, we should definitely let you know and if we forgot to
do that in this case, we¹re going to remedy that right away. That¹s why we
need all of you, to keep us on our toes.
We do consult with the volunteers on certain issues, sometimes a smaller
group who help us with these decisions.
Let me know what else I can clear up. I don¹t want Bookshare to feel like a
black box.

I am confused. Who is on staff now that Jennifer has left? Is John
still on staff? Who on staff does what? Who is making the decisions
about different issues?
