I have no trouble, but I'm sighted--but your sife is, too, isn't she? The only 
bookshare thing I've found better in Explorer is the speed with which I can go 
back and forth between the upload list and the page where I click renew. 
Otherwise Ican fill out the pload form, get the categories when I click 
advanced search, and now, almost instantaneously, get the download list, all on 
firefox.

Of course, I have a Mac. maybe it works better with a Mac than a PC
