I, too, think this suggestion sounds like a welcome one. No offense of course to anyone, but seeing the words 'mystery' or 'romance' in the synopsis field is very unhelpful to a potential reader.

I suggest that a synopsis be required for every book added to the I
suggest that bookshare require a description of a book to be included
when that book is submitted to validation.  Given a little guidance
on what we can and cannot copy from other sources, I think having a
description of a book makes it more likely others will download it
once it is added to the new books list.
