Hi, Rebecca. Have you tried the volunteers email address at Bookshare? Now
that they've added staff, it looks like people's email queries to that
address are being answered in a more timely manner, and maybe someone there
can help you get started, since the volunteer application online doesn't
work for those of us who are already members. Take care.
