Hello
This used to be diferent. Books most recently submitted, recently released,
or expired ended up at the top of the list. This also inspired people to
take books appearing at the or near the top. Now the list appears
differently in a ramdom manner so that there is no bias on the part of those
of us lazy volunteers--guilty as charged--who like to pick off titles toward
the top.

why is it that sometimes the new uploaded and
released books are at the top of step one and sometimes the newly submitted
and released and rejected books are at the bottom.
I noticed it will stay one way a while then change.
