Hi, Lori.
RTF is the correct format.

Depending on your margins and paper size, Word inserts soft page breaks into
the text. They're not real page breaks but it
does effect how the text is displayed.

Saving it in Legal size won't change the hard page breaks at all.

Christina,

Yes, it is an RTF. Am I suppose to save it in the legal size and if so, what
does this do? I'm assuming then I'll be able to control-pagedown through the
document and it will line up correctly?... I'm so sorry as I remember the
discussion of paper size coming up, but I'll admitt that I didn't read.

Thanks,

Lori M
