Um, sorry Jackie, but your information is inaccurate. Because the BARD site is
still in beta, the contact person is still out of the main office of NLS. You
can't accomplish anything by talking to the Portland Regional. You can get
signed up for Web Braille that way, but not the BARD site.. The address she
wants is: nlsdownload@xxxxxxxx
I've been on the beta team since its inception in 2006. We've been told that
once the site goes live, things will change in this regard, probably have the
regionals take info like this, but it isn't happening yet.
