Cindy,

There is no limit as to how many times you can renew,
thank goodness. 

In answer to your second question, I believe it would
be due on the 9th. But I "lost" some books once going
by the date it said it was due, so now I just renew
and count 7 days, including the renewal date and then
renew again. It has something to do with before or
after midnight Pacific time.
