Roger is correct. We cannot accept advance reader copies, examination copies, 
galley proofs, or any books that were released prior to publication.

I think copyright page and title page are enough, but if it has that then why 
is 
it not published? If it is an advance reader copy then I am pretty sure that it 
is not allowed, but it should be a short wait until it is actually published. 
Specifically what do you have in mind?
