Are volunteer downloads of .rtf files included on our monthly limit, does

Ok, we found that the book had 143 extraneous section breaks. I am still
mistified as to where they came from. I have resubmitted it with your
cleanups included. You should only need to check it and then submit but you
can fix anything else you happen to find.
It is now yours for the credit.
