It is clear and, in fact, this is what I have been doing. I think you gave me
these directions before, but this time and the time I tried to download before
in Kurzweil, when I tab after being on the file, I get the message that there
is no file within the folder. As a matter of fact I used the computer's search
function and it couldn't find a file. But it is showing up on Bookshare's step
