Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Re: can't access the volunteering tools
I just tried it with Firefox and got the same message that the requested page
could not be found. This makes me think it may be a problem with the site.

This is Kristin Mills another one of the editors for bookshare. I
wanted to
let you know that a couple of weeks ago, I experienced the same thing
of none of the tools in Volunteer Home were working. Have you tried
bringing up
bookshare in firefox? Because when I wasn't able to get it to work in
Internet explorer, I tried firefox if you have it on your computer or
whatever you are using to access bookshare. Once I used it then I was
able to get all of the tools to work on my computer. So if I were you
then I'd try using firefox because it certainly saved the day for me
when I needed to
renew a book. Hope that helps and I hope you are having a great evening!
Thanks

Subject: [bksvol-discuss] can't access the volunteering tools
I just went on to Bookshare and am trying to renew a book that will
expire for me soon. I clicked on "My checked out books" and got a
message saying "the requested page could not be found." Then I tried
the other links, such as "Books in process" and got the same message.
Is anyone else experiencing this today? This is my first time logging
on today as I had some other things to do.
