Here's a description I found of the bookworm. As far as I can determine, it
is not sold in the US. From the memory size stated, this sounds like a very
old product and I wouldn't buy it for 1100 pounds (whatever dollars that is).
MB4 is a very little bit of memory by today's standard.

Description: Small portable battery operated device suitable for reading
via an eight-cell refreshable Braille display.
Purpose: This is a very small, highly portable braille display
suitable for experienced Braille users who have no dexterity difficulties. Good
finger sensitivity is also required. The device has slider keys for navigation
and can be used in autoscrolling mode or user defined.
Features: Several books can be stored on the memory capacity of 4 MB
(approximately 4000 pages or 50 binders in Braille). It weighs 400 g and runs
for more than 20 hours on battery. The Bookworm works as a miniature Braille
display for the PC. It has the Bwcomm program for loading the books and the
Bwpro program for the Braille display.

Bookmarks can be set whilst reading and the machine stores the last reading
position when turned off. A table of contents is automatically made when
e-books are downloaded but a windows integration download is required from the
manufacturer's website. It also has an alarm and clock function.
  Dimensions: 18 by 8 by 3.6 cm weight 400 g
  Indicative Price: £1,169.13
(This item may be VAT exempt for qualifying purchasers).
Please note that EmpTech do not sell anything, we are a resource offering
links to possible suppliers only (see below).
