Put the book back on the step one page. Just release it, don't reject it.

I downloaded the book Disability Rights and Wrongs to
validate.  When I opened it, there wasn't a book, but
links to different sections-cover, introduction,
chapter 1, chapter 2, etc.  The links don't
open...Should the book be rejected?
