What is it that needs to be fixed on your account? I usually don't have any
problems with their site...usually! <smile> And I've never used the
text-only site. I guess I've just gotten used to it, but maybe I can help if
you tell me what it is you need to fix...nothing specific, but what you're
trying to do, and maybe I can tell you how to get there to fix it. Take
care.

I set up an account with them over the weekend and bought some books I'll be
sending to bookshare when they get here, but I noticed people talking about
what a pain the site is and I noticed thereis a small thing on my account
that needs fixing only I couldn't figure out how to do it from the web site.
Can I just call in and have them fix it because you can't do anything from
the bare bones page accept look stuff up and buy it. Just wondered if
anyone knew.
