I've noticed this too, but haven't really considered it to be a problem.
The very first link on the new page tells you that you are looking at,
say 101 through 200 of however many results there are. If new books were
added while you were looking at the first page of results, this last
number will have changed. When this happens, I just finish looking
through the list, then go back to page one and look at the ones that
have been added.
