'Scott, I didn't have any trouble with the survey except for the check
boxes or were they radio buttons. Seemed like they were labeld as
both. I used the check boxes I tried the buttons but they didn't seem
to activate except to bump me back to a previous choice. It was a mite
confusin'. I was using System Access which may have made things
easier. I didn't try it in Jaws or Window-Eyes.
