Yeah, Roger, what you say is correct, but how do you feel when you come
across something which ought not be in the text but is? Does it make you
fume? It bugs me, even though I know what the policy is. Regards, Kim

Do not leave the scannos. Typographical errors in the published book
should 
be left though. We are not authorized to copy-edit. Our job is to render
an 
electronic copy as nearly identical to the published work as possible.
