Hi, I habitually check out the new books that come into Bookshare and
I've seen whole books by Chuck Klosterman and Kurt Vonnegut. I've also
seen individual essays or individual stories as stand-alone files you
can download. I can see why it can get confusing. Another thing which
confuses me is sometimes you find an abridged book. The only sort I wish

Hello,
I filed a support issue on this but wonder how common this is.
I was looking for some books by the author Laura Lippman. The URL for
her books is http://www.bookshare.org/browse/author?key=Laura%20Lippman.
Notice how many of these books have the same description. I believe
they are supposed to be part of a short story collection. Worse yet,
when you download any of these books that seems to be one broken book,
you end up with only partial contents of the story in question.
The problem books all show as publisher quality and appear to have been
uploaded on 7/2. I'm guessing some automated process went wrong.
Is anyone seeing this with other titles?
