Hi everyone,

If you have had a problem renewing your book, please email me directly 
(madeleinel@xxxxxxxxxxxx<mailto:madeleinel@xxxxxxxxxxxx>) the title of the book 
and the author, as well as the date it was due/you should have received the 
renewal link. I passed along your concerns to engineering and they need more 
info to troubleshoot it.

Let me know and maybe we can get things fixed!
