Hi all,

Cindy, you're a wonder. Thanks. I'm putting in the page numbers that I am seeing right now, and if you do have a chance, maybe you could send me the thing when it's convenient? It's pretty straight forward, and no, there are no page numbers, not in the copy I have. I suspect that the font was weird or the color of the numbers or something. But they didn't scan. I also suspect that some pages were in columns because of the way this scan has gone. Some of the recipes have the ingredience after the "method" which is how the Brits write these things, I guess. I think the ingredience must be in a column to the right of the "method" and therefore when the thing is scanned, they come afterward. So, I'm moving the incredience to before the "method". I hope this is OK. I think the format's better. I'm not changing the text at all, just changing its format a bit to make it more understandable. If I'm doing this wrong, I'm sure somebody will tell me.

Ann P.
