[Alisa, this is an excellent example of how this discussion list functions
at its best. Someone like Evan, who has lots of experience, answers
questions posted urgently by volunteers. Sometimes follow-up answers add
detail. Very infrequently is the answer inaccurate. Mayrie steps in to
answer the tough ones! Only Benetech staff are cleared to speak
authoritatively on matters of policy - a practice that is now well-honred
by this group.]
