HI Vallerie,
Generally, we remove all repeating headers, leaving chapter and
story headings the first time that they occur. Bookshare's conversion tools
are supposed to remove these running headers, but only if they are "exactly"
alike, even down to white space, which is almost unheard of. Please do
remove the headers when they repeat.

I have a question probably as much for the list as for you, and that was
talking about all headers have been deleted. Do you mean at the top of the
page were sometimes it has the title and/or the name of the chapter? I have
not been deleting these, as I think they provide visual cues for sighted
readers, but if I should be deleting them, I will start with my next book.
Or, is it okay to do it whichever way and just make a note in the
submissions?
