I failed to save Carrie's guidelines, and she probably already addressed
this issue. I want to submit a booklet about tube feeding (in light of
recent events). It is produced by the International Task Force on Euthanasia
and Assisted Suicide. There is no author name, besides the organization.
Should I simply put the organization name in the Author field?
