Hi, Jackie,

    Thank you for the suggestion. The thing is that I'm using the latest
version of Keysoft, so it should be able to handle RTF files, without me
having to find a way to save them to an older version of Word. I am really
puzzled, since I know Bookshare volunteers are using the BN to submit and
validate books. I don't know why my mPower isn't cooperating.
