I've been tied up recently with a workshop here at Bookshare on Image
Descriptions (more details and information on this to follow!). And as a
result am not caught up on all my email. I've forwarded the mail
describing your unsubscribe issues to the support team (they are the
ones who handle list subscriptions) so they should be in touch with you
shortly and hopefully the problem will be resolved.

Hi all,
Does anyone know if Pavi is away at the moment? I've sent her a couple
of emails over the past week or so, and haven't heard anything back.
I'm trying to unsubscribe from the mailing list. I've 'successfully'
done this 3 times now ('successful' according to the list-generated
email I get back from my unsuscribe request) but I'm still continuing to
get emails from this list.
