Unfortunately, you'll have to reject, unless there are any headers or anything
you can go on that would help you put page breaks in yourself, and even that is
only assuming you want to do it. You don't have to. Page breaks are required
now, so if it doesn't have them, it needs to be rejected. Take care.

I'm reviewing a book that doesn't have any page breaks. It's a beautiful
scan, but there are no page breaks in sight.
