When anyone finds a book that has quality issues, please go to the Book
Information page for that particular book, and click on a new button called
Report Book Quality Issue. Please fill out the form, and the problem will be
reported to the Collection Development department. Obviously we already know
that the fair and good books have quality issues, but we would like to know
about books rated Excellent, and especially about any Publisher Quality books,
NIMAC books or O'Reilly books.

While these are good books, I believe they need to be removed from the
bookshare collection simply because they are not very good scans at all. All of
them have many scannows. I just validated one that took me two hours each day
for five days, and it still didn't get fixed. Apparently there were somehow
many more page breaks. All of the books have many scannows, some that impede
the understanding of the book. Words stretch onto two pages, and many words are
spelled incorrectly. At least, the rating for these books should be changed
from excellent to the lowest quality.
