I feel badly about Sue's delimma. I know how frustrating it is to send a check somewhere, only to have it lost or misplaced. I will say one thing, however, in Bookshare's defense. If you want to renew online with a credit card, they have done a great job of making the process simple--even for folks like myself, who never seem to quite catch up with modern technology. Grin!
