I use a program called System Security Suite from the jfwlite
site.  I'm sure it has its own page, but I don't have a link to
it.  You can go to
http://www.jfwlite.com

Click programs on that site and then use your screenreader's find
feature to look for the word security.  The program cleans up temp
files, cookies, and other things that seem to accumulate on a Windows
machine.  I have used it for about a year and a half and have found
it to work well and to be stable.  I would uncheck the section about
Media Player if you use MP for buying digital music that uses a
license.  I hope this helps a bit.
