Oh, E, I know what commercial you're talking about, and it annoys me to no 
end! I can't stand their commercials, and I think they get more and more 
stupid with every one they put out! Ugh! That one takes the cake, though, I

I know.  I ran across it then as a forward.

There are whole lists dedicated to humorous or possibly humorous forwards
in fact.

I know I sometimes sound like a grouch.  I have extremely definite (some
would say obnoxious opinions) about how what folks talk about influences
our lives.  For instance, I think complaining can cause folks to be
depressed.  I know taking a cheerful attitude is sounds a bit Polyanna and
that is far from what I mean.

That forward reminds me of the TV ad which starts out talking about salmon
and ends up talking about insurance.  I would not buy insurance from a
company who shows that kind of taste in commercials.
