If he did spit it out, be thankful we had a shepherd when I was little who
did not and we came home to an unpleasant surprise . I remember my mother
especially being very upset she and my brother were glued to that dog and I
was too young to really understand about death. When I was at home last moth
visiting my dad, he fouund a rattle snake right in the area along where I
take Arnold out so that night he went with me to take him out to be sure he
and the snake didn't get to meet each other and the next morning by the time
I got up the snake was gone. My dad's yard is fenced, but even so, I don't
normally let Arnold run around by himself just in case he decides to be a
curious labbie!
