HI Cindy, That's a good point about approvals and renewals. Though if the approval process used the first in first out approach everyone would be equal in the approval process and this would be a non issue. I think having a maximum turn around time would be nice and give submitters and validators a nice little incentive. Even if it was a one or two week turn around from the time it was submitted after validation. Yes, all the admin duties are important but there wouldn't be a Bookshare without the end users. Like with any well run business the customer/consumers are the ones who keep the doors open.
