Hi, Laura. The other thing I can think of besides what Gerald suggested is the information bar in Windows XP. You didn't say if that was what you were using or not or if you did, I missed it. are you using JAWS or some other screen reader? An Alt-N will bring up the information bar if that's the problem and you can hit the spacebar then, which opens a menu where you can choose to download the file. Take care. -- Julie Morales Email & Windows/MSN Messenger: mercy421@xxxxxxxxxxx Skype mercy0421 AIM mercylab421 http://juliemorales.avonrepresentative.com/ Currently in Winchester Regional, Virginia Partly Cloudy, 69°F Wind:NE-050° at 3mph Reality? Hi, I just signed up with bookshare to be a volunteer last week though I've been a bookshare subscriber for almost 2 years. I'm having a problem and I've already tried several things to fix it. Whenever I click on the link to download the .zip file, my internet explorer blocks the file download. When I click on the message and then select "download file" it refreshes the page. But by the time it refreshes the page, bookshare's site thinks I've already downloaded the book and thus I get an error. Can anyone tell me how to fix this? I'm fairly computer literate and I've tried several things including: changing the custom security settings in the internet options; security; internet zone i've tried the same with the trusted sites zone (which I've added bookshare too) Thanks, Laura To unsubscribe from this list send a blank Email to bksvol-discuss-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx put the word 'unsubscribe' by itself in the subject line.
