Well, I'm not one of the problem solvers per se, but why couldn't she just
type the line preceding and the first line after what would be her missing
page and send that to you? She has already spent moroe time than it would
take to do that. <smile>

Hey you wonderful problem solvers...Julia and I are having some trouble that
I've never had before--at least not for a very long time, if I did, and I
don't remember.
I am trying to provide to her a page missing from the book she's validating,
but we have different copies. Usually I can find in my copy what comes
before and what comes after and can provide the missing text, but so far I
haven't been able to. She's tried to send me the pages on either side of the
missing page, both as a word document and as an rtf document, but when I try
to open it all I see are dots and end-of-line symbols. Is the problem on her
end or mine, and how can I be resolved?
