Dear Gail,The submitter or Validator didn't remove the headers and use our handy formula for putting page numbers at the tops of the pages with a blank line above and below them. It may take volunteers extra time to do this, but the reading is so much smoother with those headings gone, isn't it? I think it's well worth the effort.
