Hi Lori,

I have experienced the same thing countless times. I just save changes and
move on. I don't know why this happens. But it is annoying, isn't it? I
wouldn't worry about it. You've done all you can, you've gotten rid of a
lot of blank lines and now Word thinks you have one extra one somewhere.
Bookshare's tools will strip it for you ultimately, so just save what you've
done and move on. That's what I do, since it doesn't seem to be changing
any more.

Sorry you've found this weirdness too. I thought it was just a Kurzweil
1000 issue, but I guess Word gets confused sometimes too. You've done all
you can. And I think you're good to move on.

Mayrie

Subject: [bksvol-discuss] In a vicious cycle--help with find and replace
for...

Hi,

I'm using find and replace in word to find ^p^p^p and then replace with ^p^p

The first time it makes 355 replacements, then 323, then 19, then 3, and now
1 indefinitely. I'm not kidding, I have seen that it has made 1 replacement
1 time for at least 50 times in a row.

What do we do in this situation? Do we just keep going with this?

Lori
