Munawar,
There are now two different formats for ISBNs: a new 13 digit version and
the old 10 digit version. The 13 digit version went into effect at the
beginning of the year. However, many books from last year listed both.

This usually happens if there are two additions of the book (viz. hardcover
and paperback.) You need to find out which addition you have and the ISBNs
should dictate which one is appropriate (for instance, [ISBN] -- [ISBN]
(paperback)).
