One of the things I'd like to see improved in Bookshare's website is the content of the email that gets sent acknowledging a book report when you file one. The current ones aren't at all helpful. The email just tells you that you have filed a report, and assigns it a case number. It would be very helpful to have echoed back in the email at the very least the book author, the book title, and what you wrote was wrong with the book.
Sometimes I've filed two or more book reports at once. When I do that I have no idea which book the case number even refers to when the emails are sent.
