I concur with Sarah. In addition, mention that your sighted husband
verified the information as scanned so it is accurate as scanned.
If you do all that, then the ball is most clearly in Gustavo's court and
he'll have to accept/reject or turn to the submitter.
A validator can go only so far and this is about as far as you can go.
