MessageIt depends on scanner and software. I can do a three hundred page book
using an opticbook 3600 and kurzweil 12.2.

Was just wondering so I knew how to manage library checkouts, how long on
average does it take to scan a 335 or so page book? I am running at about 13
pages an hour over here.
