You can set Word to make two hyphens an em dash. Alternatively, you can type
two hyphens and then do a replace all and replace the -- with ^- to make the
two hyphens an em dash if you've turned off the em dash feature in Word and
don't want to turn it back on again just for a test.
But if you have someone who can just look at it that would be easier
probably.
