Gerald, Thanks for the info. I'm sure that whatever misunderstanding there was was on my end. Katie has the norton and is having about as much fun with it as I did. Since I didn't include any notes when I re-submitted the book, What should I do now to let Gustavo know that I don't want any credit? Please advise, Peace, Ernie ----- Original Message ----- From: Gerald Hovas To: bksvol-discuss@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Monday, April 03, 2006 1:10 PM Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Gustavo's Answers to a Couple of Questions Amber, I spoke to Gustavo about your book with the screenplay. He says that it doesn't sound as if it's one that they can accept since it sounded like it contains the screenplay in its entirety without a section by section critique. I asked him to review the thread for you though to prevent your going through me from affecting the outcome. Ernie, While I had Gustavo on the phone, I also asked him about how to handle the situation you found yourself in. Gustavo said that a note in the comments letting him know what had been done when the book was resubmitted is sufficient for him to straighten out the credit, so if you included a note when you resubmitted it, then you did fine. I wasn't sure if he was able to juggle the books, but he says that he can and that it's no problem as long as he knows what's going on. That's good to know since it takes time to get him to place the book back on the Step 1 list. BTW, the point to my earlier message was for you to just make sure Gustavo was aware of what was done in order to be sure the credit was handled properly. Sorry if there was a misunderstanding.
