Hi Chela. I changed the subject line in case others want to find this post in the future. The Heather voice can be bought, though I don't remember where at the moment. I think it's sold by a company called Nuance. You can download it free for the VictorSoft or Don Johnston products on the Bookshare site. That version doesn't work in JAWS though, just for Bookshare programs. I think it's really cool that Bookshare provides such a high-quality voice for us. As for using it in other programs, I know it's sold for Text Aloud at http://www.nextup.com There's also a link on that site to buy it as a stand-alone sapi voice that would work with JAWS or other screenreaders.
