Hi Sue, Thanks for the info. But I don't understand why there were
section breaks in the book, as I rrreplaced all with hard page breaks.

I just approved and uploaded the rescanned copy of this book after changing
the section breaks to page breaks. I then rejected the old, original copy
which Gustavo had kicked back for us. Hopefully this rescanned copy will go
through, as the autommated system gave it a 99.97 rating.
