Orson Card says that there are two ways to read the series: in the order of
publication where one would read Ender's Game first or in chronological
order where the prequel (title escapes me right now) based in Amsterdam and
is mostly about the Achilles character comes first. I read them in
publication order and enjoyed them a lot. OSC isn't by any means my
favorite SF author but I always enjoy his stories but I'm a bit more of a
cyberpunk.
