Oh, you did help. Since we have to login, maybe our account preferences have
to be reset. And no, you don’t have to have a device plugged into your
computer. You should be able to download BRF files to your computer after
setting your preferences.

I'm unable to, but I don't have brl supported devices plugged into my computer.
I didn't know if that changes things, but I've never been able to seance I got
an account with book share.
I thought I was just me b/c no one said anything until now
