The field Copyright Name is for the name of the copyright holder.
I'd recommend copying and pasting the copyright notice for your book into
the comments to lessen the possibility of having it kicked back to Step1.

Sorry to be repetitive, for an issue I should recall from posts on the list
sometime back.
Copyright Name on the Submit a Book page --
Is that for the BOOK TITLE or the the Copyright Name of the holder of the
copyright?
I have a book now I want to submit
Where the copyright owner is listed as the Board of Trustees at the
University of Illinois. The author is Charles R. Townsend.
I was trying to find it in the copyright.gov but I did not get it.
But the ISBN all checks out with all other copies I find at Amazon, etc.
I figure if I get it straight now, that will all just help the process.
