Interesting. Neither amazon nor B&n lets us look inside the book, whereby one
often can find copyright info.
I looked in the Library of Congress catalog and found not that title but this
one: Preacher of death : the shocking inside story of David Koresh and the
Waco siege / Martin King and Marc Breault.
Published/Created: Ringwood, Victoria, Australia ; New York : Signet Book, 1993.
Description: viii, 375 p., [8] p. of plates : ill. ; 18 cm.
ISBN: 0451180003
It sounds as if it's the same book with a different title, and according to
this the copyright holder would seem to be signet book.
On the other hand, when I put your title into world cat I got a penguin 1993
edition with these ISBN numbers: 0451180291 978045118029
Can you send me a jpeg or whatever the pictures are of the copyright page
