Thanks, Pavi. I'm glad to know we have so many good and caring submitters. I remember reading so many complaints that proofreaders couldn't get in touch with submitters, and seeing requests on the volunteer and bookshare lists for the submitter to contact a proofer, and requests for you or Carie to get in touch with a submitter for the proofer. I'm glad the situation has improved.
